“Unintentional Errors” by the “New Sheriff In Town”
One tax cheat is out and another takes his place. (Does Barak Obama know any one who DOESN’T owe back taxes? Maybe that’s why liberals don’t mind high confiscatory tax rates. They don’t pay taxes in the first place!)
Obama Health and Human Services nominee, and disgraced tax scofflaw, Tom Daschle was replaced by another tax cheating reprobate Kathleen Sebelius (on April Fools Day no less) for the HHS position.
Turns out Ms. Sebelius, like so many other Obama appointees, has a bit of a tax problem. It seems she made an “unintentional error” (like there’s such a thing as an intentional error?) by neglecting to pay nearly $8,000 in back taxes over the past three years.
The very same day she admitted to amending her taxes the Associated Press ran this headline “HHS Nominee Calls for Health Care Fraud Crackdown”. A fraud cracking down on fraud. How perfectly ironic. Does anyone really believe she would have come clean on her taxes if she was not appointed to such a high profile position?
Then, at her confirmation hearing, she actually said she wanted to “send the signal that there’s a new sheriff in town”. Yeah… A tax cheatin’, unintentional error making sheriff!
A better April Fools Day joke you’d be hard pressed to tell.
Tax cheats… incompetents in way over their head (can you say Timothy Geithner)… Obama’s appointments of people of such ill repute and responsiblity… (which we have to believe he finds worthy of such responsible positions).
Are just one more reason WE WANT HIM TO FAIL!
